Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping

Returns & Exchanges

Not stoked about your purchase? No worries – we make returns easy so you can get what really works for your ride.

How to Return

  3. Ship It Back – Pack items securely with original packaging and tags, include the RMA number

Refund Details

  • Processing Time: 5 business days after we receive your return
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to your credit card, PayPal, etc.
  • Credit Card Refunds: 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal Refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours
  • Store Credit: Available immediately upon request

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened protective gear (helmets, elbow pads, knee pads)
  • Used bearings and bushings
  • Customized or assembled products
  • Grip tape that’s been cut or applied

Shipping Costs

International Returns
