Pro Tip: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Safety gear like helmets and pads must be in unopened packaging for hygiene reasons.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Get Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and RMA number.
  3. Ship It Back – Package items securely and include the RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Get Processed – Once received, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Methods

  • Processing Time: 5 business days after we receive your return
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Credit Card Refunds: 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal Refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours
  • Store Credit: Available immediately upon request

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened protective gear (helmets, elbow pads, knee pads)
  • Used bearings and bushings
  • Customized or assembled products
  • Grip tape that’s been cut or applied

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

International Returns Note: Due to customs regulations, international returns may take longer to process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and declaring the package as a “returned good” to avoid additional fees.

Damaged or Defective Items
